Brazilian Jiu Jitsu: Ages 16+
This class takes an in-depth look at Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) positions and body mechanics.
Students will be guided through a series of drilled designed to aid in the development of muscle memory. The techniques taught in class will help students develop a solid foundation they can reply on
as they move forward in their training.
Fundamentals include basic BJJ theory, techniques and principles, and body mechanics.
Positional sparring and drilling are the core competencies of the class.
